Define up to 200 different materials for your system.

For Systems with Smart Connection the material changes will update automatically. When changing lots of material tell your system a new box was put in place and track your inventory (time stamped) to a lot number. For non smart connect, manually enter your materials by pressing the "Next Material" button.

Once Logged in you can define a new material to any silo or gaylord First Press the New Material button to Select the new material.

Select your new material and return to the previous page and load the desired material.

Material Connection

Material connection overview

At a glance you can visually tell what is connected where by color matching. When a connection is wrong the VR flashes from its normal color to red. When nothing is connected and something should be it flashes white. Material names by recipe and actual connections also appear.

Inventory Tracking

System stores the last 10 Work Orders of inventory for every blend component in your system. As many as 54 different components. Up to 5 different materials and 10 different lot numbers.
