Our Mission

CRG Logics is a full service supplier of auxiliary equipment to the Plastics Extrusion Industry. CRG Logics, Inc. is a solution to the industry's need for reliable equipment that is simple to operate, yet accurate and affordable. Our customers are considered long-term "Partners", who are provided a dedicated team of experts proficient in system design, development and implementation. Our History

CRG Logics began in late 2000 in Appleton, WI as a manufacturer of machinery and controls for the Plastics Extrusion Industry. CRG Logics was spun off a sister company CRG Systems, a Manufacturers Representative in the Plastics Extrusion Industry. With marketing and engineering expertise in extrusion auxiliary products and controls we identified an industry need for a more robust control platform.

Our first installed product in 2000 was a PLC based retrofit control for a Continuous Gravimetric Blending System running on a Cast Film Extrusion Line. The existing control was failing, obsolete and the customers only other option was to wait for a new blending system. CRG reacted quickly and this control is still in operation today running 24/7.

CRG Logics began to develop PLC retrofit controls for various technologies of blending and convey systems for customers throughout the United States. The control side has grown today to encompass complete extrusion line control systems.

The first machinery designed and manufactured by CRG Logics in early 2001 was a line of vacuum convey and yield control products.

With such experience under our belt the next logical step was to develop a line of resin blending systems. The SIMPLICTY line was introduced in late 2002.

SIMPLICITY #1 was installed on a Blown Film Extrusion line operating in Wisconsin as a trial unit. This application was a harsh environment where another manufacturers' continuous gravimetric blender proved unreliable. Mezzanine vibration, heat, and electrical noise, were all suspect as to why the existing unit would not run for any period of time. After replacing all blender components and investing in numerous service visits the customer gave CRG a try. From startup over three years ago, SIMPLICITY #1 has never stopped running.

Today we're approaching 200 SIMPLICITY blending systems running in the field. From over 5,000PPH of regrind on a sheet extrusion line to .25PPH of additive pellet on a nine layer film line we have the experience and the solution. Film, Sheet, Compounding, Profile, Wire and Cable, on the extruder, on the mezzanine, on the floor, over the gaylord.

CRG Logics now also offers a batch style unit, coupled with our control and convey system as a lower end option.
