Simplify feeding/conveying systems with large numbers of extruders with large numbers of different materials for highly layered cast and blown film lines. The Smart Connection System from CRG Logics streamlines piping and makes feed stock error almost impossible.

Instead of banks of individual feed pipes connecting to each common material silo directly to each of seven or nine extruders, each silo is connected to a wall-mounted Smart Connect Stand for each extruder.

PUMPS

CRG Logics, Inc. manufactures pump packages designed specifically for conveying plastic pellets and flake. Pump packages come standard with high efficiency motors, high vacuum relief valves, premium silencers, a secondary paper canister filter, and a pump engineered for lower noise levels. Pump packages can be ordered with various control options such as combination starter/disconnects and variable speed drives. An optional atmospheric vent can be added to prevent short cycling of the pump/motor.

CRG Logics, Inc. vacuum receivers were developed for optimal productivity and maximized up-time. Standard with our flapper style vacuum receivers are an industrial hinge for consistent swing, as well as an inductive prox for simple set-up and operation. The Vacuum Receivers can also be purchased with orifice knife gates on the output to allow the vessel to also serve as a surge hopper. CRG Logics, Inc. offers a vacuum receiver for virtually every application in its standard product line. Install a Vacuum Sequence Manifold and remove the internal valve located in the cover of your vacuum receiver. This manifold also makes the installation cleaner and simpler.

ANGEL HAIR TRAPS

CRG Logics, Inc. Angel Hair traps remove stringers (Angel Hair) from the resin. Angel Hair can wrap around augers, bridge hoppers, and contaminate your system. With an Angel Hair trap installed you can remove stringers before they become a problem. Angel Hair traps can also be used as a tool to pinpoint where Angel Hair is being created. Install several or move them around in your resin system to find problem areas.
